Mix 2 cups Bisquick mix with 1 cup water.
Press dough onto 8x12 greased pan with edges up.
Brown 1lb hamburger. Drain.
Add 1 pkg taco seasoning mix as directed on the package.
1 cup chopped tomatoes.
1 cup chopped green peppers.
1 chopped medium onion.
Layer hamburger then tomatoes and green peppers.

Mix:

1cup sour cream,
1cup mayonnaise,
onion,
and 1cup sharp cheddar cheese.

Pour on top of layered ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees until edges brown. Serve with chopped lettuce.

Salsa

4 large cans whole tomatoes (or equivalent fresh ones) coarsely chopped.
1 cup chopped green peppers
2 cups chopped green onions
Jalapeno peppers (chopped) to taste
1 package taco seasoning
1 tablespoon chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Mix well
