1 Box of "pudding" recipe cake mix, yellow
1/2 cup of oil
2 eggs
1 can of undrained mandarin oranges,
Topping
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding
1 can of mandarin oranges
Medium carton of cool whip
Mix all the cake ingredients well{I use mixer}
Bake at 350, 325 for glass dish, until done
Cool Completely
Topping
Mix pudding mix with undrained mandarin oranges
This will look quite ugly but mix it well!
Fold in the cool whip
Spread on cooled cake
Garnish with slices of mandarin oranges
You can turn this into a PINEAPPLE FLUFFY CAKE by using crushed pineapple instead of the oranges!
Garnish with pineapple rings and a pecan in the middle of the ring
